Who we are

Inline runs inlinebooking.com and builds a direct booking engine for resorts on Oracle OPERA Cloud.

What we collect

Only what you send us yourself: the contact form (name, work email, hotel or group, preferred language, message) and the booking flow (name, email, the answers you give, and the meeting time you pick). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

Why

To reply to you, to schedule the call you asked for, and to work with you if we end up doing so. Nothing else. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Where it lives

Form and booking data goes into our CRM (Odoo). The site itself is served by Cloudflare.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without following you to other sites. The forms and the booking chat are protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not track you across sites either.

If you use the booking chat on this site, what you type is sent to an AI model through OpenRouter to answer you. It is not stored by us and is only used for that conversation.

If you send a message or book a call, the pages you looked at during that visit, and the link that brought you here, are attached to it so we know what you were reading. That list is held by your own browser for the length of the visit, is never sent anywhere unless you submit, and disappears when you close the tab.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data only as long as your enquiry or our business relationship requires. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted: write to [email protected].
